Abstract: In recent years, the full-time master′ s cultivation programs in agriculture taken by Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University provide reserve and guarantee of talents for the agricultural modernization of the Heilongjiang reclamation area.However, there are still a lot of unsolved problems, such as the lack of clarity in education objectives and deviations in the directions taken by management. Focusing on the status quo of the demand for talents in the Heilongjiang reclamation area, we examine and analyze the current education of master′ s students in agriculture, scrutinize the factors affecting education quality,and propose some targeted solutions, in hoping to provide references for associated talents training units.
