Due to the functional variations in different regions of pig stomach, and the occurrence frequency and mechanism of gastric ulcer are also significantly different. The occurrence mechanism of gastric ulcer in pigs is expounded from the aspects of gastric mucosa structure, gastric acid, pepsin and bile, and whether acidifiers aggravate the occurrence of gastric ulcer is reviewed, in hoping to provide references for the rational use of acidifiers.
