Abstract: Clostridium perfringens has long been recognized as an important pathogen of zoonosis and can cause sitotoxis in humans and gastrointestinal diseases in domestic animals.Some progresses in minor toxin,enterotoxin and enzyme of Clostridium perfringens have been achieved recently.This paper introduces progresses in composition,structure,chemical and physical properties,molecular biology of minor toxin,enterotoxin and enzyme of Clostridium perfringens.
