Abstract: With the feature of novel structure and unique activity,secondary metabolites of microorganisms in the marine environment have become the important source for new drug screening,and much attention has been paid to the relevant studies.In the paper,the domestic research model on microbialmetabolites from marine-derived microorganisms and application of supercritical CO2 extraction from natural products was reviewed for the recent years.
