Abstract: To investigate effects of drought stress on chlorophyll content and morphological indexes of potted triticale, chlorophyll content,over-ground biomass,under-ground biomass, height, spike length, spike weight and ratio of stem to leaf were determined under drought stress and irrigation treatment, respectively. The drought stress significantly decreased the over-ground biomass,under-ground biomass, height, spike length and spike weight of the potted triticale, but it did not change the ratio of stem to leaf significantly.Under drought stress, the contents of chlorophyll A,chlorophyll B and chlorophyll decreased remarkably in nutrition moment, but these three indexes showed a declining trend but did not decrease significantly in procreat moment.
