Abstract: The aim of this research was to explore the drug action of the compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch.The results showed that the extracting solution of compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch had good bacteriostasis on Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Escherichia coli.It also had significant resistant effects on dimethylbenzene inducing ear edema model （P〈0.01 or 0.05）.It had a significant inhibitory action on acetic acid inducing mouse abdominal capillary permeability （P〈0.01 or 0.05） and resisted the writhing action caused by acetic acid.The experiment indicated that the compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch had good bacteriostasis,anti-inflammatory and analgesia effect.
