Abstract: Juice beverage getting more and more popular with nourishment,natural,and healthy care characteristic which leads the main trend of beverage market.It required highly in production process and technological operation because of its natural characteristics.Microbiological examination of juice beverage in northern China based on random sampling,in order to survey the present situation of beverage market in northern China,and get a cause analysis of existing problems of raw material and adjunct,production process,environment,workers and equipment.
