Abstract: Creatine kinase （CK） plays an important role in animal cell metabolism process and has 4 kinds of isoenzyme. According to the variation of subunits and distributive location, the isoenzyme of CK can be classified into four types： muscular type （MM）, hybrid type （MB）, brain type （BB） and mitoehondrial type （MiMi）. Since CK can reach a high level when human or animal get sick, so it is commonly used as a sign on early diagnosis of disease. The principle of several CK detection methods were introduced and compared, so as to lay a basis for improvement and innovation of CK detection method.
