Abstract: Creatine kinase (CK) plays an important role in animal cell metabolism process and has 4 kinds of isoenzyme. According to the variation of subunits and distributive location, the isoenzyme of CK can be classified into four types: muscular type (MM), hybrid type (MB), brain type (BB) and mitoehondrial type (MiMi). Since CK can reach a high level when human or animal get sick, so it is commonly used as a sign on early diagnosis of disease. The principle of several CK detection methods were introduced and compared, so as to lay a basis for improvement and innovation of CK detection method.
