Abstract: SPF chicken is an experimental animal with free special pathogen, its application can ensure the truth of experimental result for the feather of sensitivity to varties of pathogen and reproducibility. The raising environment was monitored, including annoyance, illumination, germ and dust in the air, temperature, humidity, airflow rate, air change rate, systematic pressure and filtration efficacy. The consummate monitoring mechanism can ensure the quality of SPF chicken, therefore it should be paid attention to assemblage and application of isolator for SPF chicken especially.
