Abstract: A total of 90 Hunan yellow hens at 140 days old were selected.The body weight and body size（body length,chest width and tibia length） were determined.Growth curve fitting was performed.The results showed that the Logistic model and the Gompertz model well fit the growth curve of Hunan yellow hens.The fitting degree and accordance between measured values and estimated values of body weight better fit the Gompertz model,but those of body size better fit the Logistic model.
