Abstract: Fishmeal is one of important protein sources for compound feed, which is the safety basis for feed, animal products and aquatic products. The elimination of the hidden troubles of fishmeal quality safety is not only of importance significance for breeding industry, but it is also related to people＇s health and safety. The main hidden troubles of fishmeal quality and their elimination techniques were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods were compared and improved, so as to provide references for eliminating and reducing the hidden troubles of fishmeal quality safety.
