    The convention nutritional components of fruits from five groups,two kinds Rhus chinensis Mill.were analyzed in this paper.The results showed that it contained 12.74-21.07 g oil,9.31-11.64 g protein,3.18-4.19 g reducing sugar,3.18-3.68 g ash,per 100 g fruit of Rhus chinensis Mill.and mineral elements were Ca 59.97-111.72 mg,Mg 39.27-95.75 mg,Zn 0.83-1.95 mg,Cu 1.47-2.36 mg and Pb 1.41-2.84 mg respectively.All this showed that the fruit of Rhus chinensis Mill.valued high nutrition and wide exploiting prospects.

    The proline content and soluble protein content of Achnatherum splendens under varying levels of alkaline salinity(0,25,50,75,100,125 and 150 mmol/L NaHCO3 and Na2CO3) were determined.The proline content and soluble protein content were significantly higher in leaves and roots of Achnatherum splendens than in thoseofthecontrolundervaryinglevelsof Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 stress(P0.05).Under the stress of NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 at the same concentration,the proline content and soluble protein content in leaves were significantly higher than those in roots(P0.05).In addition,Na2CO3 caused a greater damage than NaHCO3.

    A total of 20 Kunming mice at the age of 20 days were divided into four groups randomly.The mice in different group were respectively fed with water containing 0,50,100 and 150 mg/L sodium fluoride for 120 d.The lesions of testicular tissue induced by fluoride were verified using paraffin-tissue sections.The results showed that fluoride had great effects on testicular tissue,which were as follows:the wall of convoluted tubule was disrupt,the structure of that was disordered;sperm cells and secondary spermatocytes were shed from seminaferous epithelium;vacuolated changes were found from cytoplasm and nucli of spermatocytes;cellular micronuclei frequency was higher;and deformity sperms were also found.

    The occurrence,migration,tissue localization and quantity changes of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in chicken rectum were examined with the CD3,CD4,and CD8 monoclonal antibodies by immunohistochemical method.The results showed that T lymphocytes cells first appeared at 7-day-old.The quantity of T lymphocytes didn’t increase obviously at 1-4 day-old hatched,CD4+ T lymphocytes mainly distributed in lamina propria of subcut aneous in intestinal villus,small quantity distributes in muscularis mucosae and lami-na propria mucosae at 7-day-old,CD3+ T lymphocytes distributed in muscularis mucosae and lamina propria mucosae,small quantity of CD8+ T lymphocytes distributed in muscularis mucosae.T lymphocytes kept increasing with the increase of age,large quantity distributes in mucous layer,and reached stable at 21-day-old.Among the three types,the number of CD4+ cells was the most and CD8+ were the least all the time.The results confirmed that the humoral immune function of rectum in chicken strengthened quickly after hatching,and reached the mature level at 21-day-old.

    In order to test the relative preference of corn gluten meal(CGM) and fish meal to Macrobrachium rosenbergii,the method of touch-the-ball was used.In this experiment,CGM had three levels of 5%,10% and 15%,and the feed with fish meal replaced with such three levels of CGM was given to the tested fish for 30 d.The results showed that there was no significant difference in palatability and growth when fish meal was replaced with 5%,10% and 15% CGM added with the dissociation amino acid,but there was worse palatability and growth when fish meal was replaced with 5%,10% and 15% CGM without the dissociation amino acid.Best palatability and good growth were found in the group fed with diet with fish meal replaced by 5% CGM that was added with the dissociation amino acid.All the results indicated that CGM can replace about 18% of fish meal protein in the diet of Macrobrachium rosenbergii,which does not affect the growth of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.

    A total of 120 health rex rabbits with similar body weight and at the age of 50-60 d were randomly divided into four groups,group I(control group),group Ⅱ、Ⅲ and IV(treatment group).The rex rabbits in the group I were fed a common basal diet,and those in the group II,III and IV were fed diets containing 11%,22% and 33% Solidago canadensis L.,respectively.The results showed that the daily gain,feed intake and feed conversion ratio of rabbits in the treatment groups were not different from that of control group.The slaughter rate of rex rabbit in group III was higher than that in group II significantly(P0.05).The flesh color B in group II was 14.6 better than that in the control group significantly(P0.05).Other indicators were not significantly different between control group and the treatment groups.These indicated that the dosage of Solidago canadensis L.was 11%~33% and the best was 11%.

    In this paper,the use of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) Determination of feed at the same time Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Ca,Mg,P,Pb,Cr,Cd content of 10 kinds of trace elements.Analysis by selecting the appropriate conditions and sample handling methods,the linear range of up to three orders of magnitude,linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.999.Method of recovery is 85.0% ~ 96.5%,of each element relative standard deviation RSD were below 7 percent.Determination of national standards for the material results of corn meal more consistent with the standard values are within the margin of error.The method of determination of the actual sample results to national standards for comparison with measured results.The method is simple,rapid,high accuracy,precision,and apply to different trace elements in the determination of feed.

    A total of 196 piglets from 20 cotes suffering from yellow scour were selected from a newly built pig farm in Ningxia region.They were assigned into two groups according to their cote.The 96 piglets in the group 1 were smeared with 2 mL mequindoc liniment in back of ear or back.The 100 piglets in the group 2 were injected with sulfated apramycin,0.2 mL/kg.BW.After treatment,81 piglets were cured in the group 1,and the mequindoc liniment was efficacious in 11 piglets,therefore,the cure rate was 84.37%.A total of 91 piglets were cured in the group 2,and the sulfated apramycin was efficacious in eight piglets,therefore,the cure rate was 91.00%.These results showed that mequindoc liniment and sulfated apramycin have good curative effect and can be used to treat yellow scour of new-born piglets.

    The aim was to study the effects of Chinese herbal powder on weight gain of fattening pigs.The results showed that the weight gain in experimental group was increased by 16.4% higher than that in control group(P0.05).The feed intake per kilogram of weight gain was decreased 0.45 kg and the feed conversion rate was improved by 14.2%(P0.05) in the experimental group.In the experimental group,the profit was 51.4 yuan more than that in the control group and economic efficiency was improved by 30.0%.
