Abstract: This paper studied on the effect of potassium cholesterol sulfate (PCS) to the spermatozoa quality during freezing process. The test group of addition of PCS to EY dilution consisted of three group. The addition was 0.15 g/100 mL, 0.10 g/100 mL and 0.5 g/100 mL respectively. The result indicated: the optimal addition was 0.10 g/100 mL.The test group' sperm quality of EY diluent is better than the control group of EY diluent. After being thawing, the motility, plasma membrane integrity and atropine integrity of the EY group were 34.94 %, 39.17 %, 75.24 %, but the EY control group were 28.74 %, 30.70 %, 64.70 %.
