摘要: 农药在植物中的内吸传导是农药防治病虫害的重要过程之一。了解农药在植物体的内吸传导行为及其研究方法对于优化农药应用和提高防治效果具有重要意义。文章综述了植物对农药的吸收、传导、累积和消解过程,并从农药理化性质、分子结构特性、农药助剂及施用方法4个方面总结了农药内吸传导的影响因素,归纳了近年来农药内吸传导的主要研究方法,如残留分析方法、生物测定法、放射性同位素示踪法、荧光示踪法、质谱成像法,旨在为农药内吸传导后续的相关研究及农药的安全合理施用提供理论参考。

Abstract: Systemic uptake and translocation of pesticides in plants is a crucial process for effective pest and disease control. Understanding the behavior and research methodologies of pesticide translocation within plants is essential for optimizing pesticide application and enhancing control efficacy. This review summarizes the processes of pesticide uptake,translocation,accumulation,and degradation in plants. Factors influencing systemic uptake and translocation of pesticides are discussed from four perspectives:physicochemical properties,molecular structure characteristics,pesticide adjuvants,and application methods. Recent research methodologies for studying pesticide translocation are also reviewed,including residue analysis,bioassay,radioactive isotope tracing,fluorescence tracing,and mass spectrometry imaging. This review aims to provide theoretical references for future research on systemic uptake and translocation of pesticides and the safe and rational application of pesticides.
