摘要： 农村公共产品对于农村的健康发展有着重要作用。现阶段．村民自治下的农村公共产品供给最主要的问题是农村公共产品供给体制问题．文章就这一问题提出了相应的解决措施：完善村民自治组织、完善多元化主体的农村公共产品供给机制、完善公共财政转移支付制度。
Abstract: It＇s so important for the supply of rural public products to develop country .Recently,the main problem is the present supply system,suggestion that reformed the present supplying system for rural public products from perfecting the system of villagers ＇self-government,multiplex main part about this supply system and improving the public finance and economic system on the ability of transfer and defray.
