Advance of Wheat Drought Resistance Identification in Seedling Stage

摘要: 介绍了目前关于小麦苗期抗旱性的鉴定原理、方法、指标、研究的现状、进展和存在的问题以及采用激素处理提高小麦幼苗抗旱性的方法。认识较为统一,且应用较多的指标有干旱条件下的幼苗存活率、相对发芽率、贮藏物质转运率、胚芽鞘长、叶片相对含水量、抗氧化酶,鉴定方法简便易行,可靠性较好的是苗期反复干旱法。

Abstract: This paper presents the current situation,progress and problem on mechanism,method and index in wheat seedling resistance drought.At the same time,it presents method of raising resistance drought in wheat seedling on using hormone.The indexess can all be used as well parameters for drought-risistant indentification in wheat seedling that are seedling livability,relative germination percentage,transform percentage of reserve material,length of embryo sprout sheath,leaves opposite water content,SOD,CAT,POD. The simple and correct method is repeat drought in wheat seedling.
