航天育种小麦品系主要农艺性状遗传多样性及产量差异性分析

Yield difference analysis and genetic diversity of the main agronomic traits in aerospace breeding wheat strains

摘要: 为明确航天小麦育种品系主要农艺性状以及产量间的差异性,为航天小麦育种的选育以及呼伦贝尔地区主栽小麦品种的筛选提供理论依据和实践基础。试验对11个经过航天诱变的小麦品系和1个未经过航天诱变的小麦品种(对照)进行了主要农艺性状和产量差异性分析。结果表明:12个参试小麦品种(系)生育期为78~85 d。各性状的遗传多样性指数和变异系数存在较大差异,其中,无效小穗数的多样性指数和变异系数最大,其值分别为0.50和18.52%;穗粒数的遗传多样性指数最小,其值为0.43;变异系数最小的是容重,其值为1.56%。聚类分析将12个参试小麦品种(系)分成了3个类群。综合不同小麦品种(系)的生育期、穗粒数、千粒重、产量等指标分析得出,T2588-26-14-4品系适宜在呼伦贝尔地区推广种植,可为申请品种审定做准备。

Abstract: This study aims to clarify the main agronomic characters and yield differences of new space mutation wheat breeding lines,and to provide a theoretical and practical basis for the breeding of new space mutation wheat breeding lines and the selection of main wheat varieties for the Hulunbeir area.In this study,we analyzed the main agronomic characters and yield differences of 11 space-induced wheat varieties and 1 wheat variety without space mutation and the results showed that the growth periods of each of the 12 lines were between 78 and 85 days.The genetic diversity index and coefficient of variation of each character were quite different,among which the diversity index and coefficient of variation of invalid spikelet numbers were the largest with values of 0.50 and 18.52%,respectively.The genetic diversity index of grain number was the smallest with a value of 0.43,and the smallest coefficient of variation was for the bulk density,which was 1.56%.The twelve wheat varieties (lines) were divided into three groups by cluster analysis.Based on the analysis of growth period,grain number per ear,1 000-grain weight and yield of the different wheat lines,it was concluded that strain T2588-26-14-4 was suitable for promotion and planting in the Hulunbeier area,so it should be prepared for variety examination and approval.
