小麦新品种阜麦9号丰产性、稳产性及适应性分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据2013—2016年安徽省小麦区域试验和生产试验汇总资料,通过产量、变异系数、高稳系数、回归系数和适应度等指标对小麦新品种阜麦9号的丰产性、稳产性和适应性进行了评价,同时利用抗病性鉴定及品质检测结果对阜麦9号的抗病性和品质状况进行了简要分析。结果表明：阜麦9号在2013—2015年安徽省小麦区域试验中的平均产量为8 472.5 kg/hm²,较对照（皖麦52）增产6.17%,在2015—2016年生产试验中的平均产量为8 141.7 kg/hm²,较对照增产6.62%,具有较高的丰产性;阜麦9号不同年度地点间的产量变异系数较对照小,但高稳系数均高于对照,其自身的产量遗传基础较好,具有较好的稳产性;阜麦9号3年试验中的平均适应度为95.7%,2年区域试验的回归系数均值为1.007,均优于对照,具有广泛的适应性;阜麦9号对赤霉病和白粉病的抗性达到中抗水平,纹枯病的抗性与对照相当,其品质类型在2014—2016年达到中强筋水平。结论为阜麦9号是一个抗病性强、品质优良、丰产稳产、广适性好的小麦新品种,适合于安徽省沿淮淮北各小麦主产区种植,具有良好的推广应用前景。

Abstract: Based on the data of wheat regional test and production test in Anhui province from 2013 to 2016,the high yield,stable yield and adaptability of a new wheat variety Fumai 9 were evaluated by yield,coefficient of variation,coefficient of high stability,regression coefficient and adaptability.At the same time,the disease resistance and quality of Fumai 9 were briefly analyzed by the results of disease resistance identification and quality detection.The results showed that the average yield of Fumai 9 was 8 472.5 kg/hm² in the regional wheat test from 2013 to 2015,which was 6.17% higher than that of the control（Wanmai 52）.The average yield of Fumai 9 in the production test of 2015 to 2016 was 8 141.7 kg/hm²,which was 6.62% higher than that of the control.The yield variation coefficient of Fumai 9 in different years was smaller than that of control,and the high stability coefficient was higher than that of the control.The genetic basis of yield of Fumai 9 was better,and it had better stable yield.The average fitness of Fumai 9 was 95.7% in the three-year test and the average regression coefficient of 2-years regional test was 1.007,which was superior than the control and had wide adaptability.Fumai 9 showed moderate resistance to scab and powdery mildew,and the resistance to sheath blight was similar to that of the control.Its quality type reached the level of medium-strong gluten.The comprehensive analysis showed that Fumai 9 was a new wheat variety with strong disease resistance,good quality,high and stable yield and good adaptability.It was suitable for planting in the main wheat-producing areas along the Huai River and on the North of Huai River in Anhui Province.
