Abstract: The heterosis is not the only factor at work in the production of maize hybrid.The plant morphology is also an important factor affecting the yield.For drastically increasing the maize production, not only should the heterosis model and performance of individual production be noticed in maize breeding,the individual botanical morphology suitable for close planting is more improtant to be paid attention to,so as to increase the group yield and thus the goal of increasing production can be achieved.
