玉米雄性不育系的配合力分析

The Combining Ability Analysis of Male Sterility Line on Maize

摘要: 以不育系及其保持系A87A、A87,W9706A、W9706为母本,骨干系丹598、Mo17、J1643、F349、J456、C8605-2为父本,利用P1×P2不完全双列杂交试验,分析了父、母本10个数量性状的配合力。根据GCA和SCA效应值,确定A87A、W9706A、J1643、丹598这4个优良自交系具有较高的利用价值,W9706A×J1643等组合具有较强的杂种优势,有一定的增产潜力。根据配合力及遗传参数估计,一般配合力表现出比特殊配合力较大的遗传分量,在选配组合时应注意选择GCA较高的自交系作亲本,还应注意特定组合特定性状SCA的选择。

Abstract: The combining ability and genetic parameter of 10 quantitative characters of the male sterile line A87A,W9706A and the other 6 common inbred lines.On the basis of GCAand SCA,make sure A87A、 W9706A、J1643、Dan598this four inbred line have a high utilization value,the group of W9706A×J1643have a high heterosis and determinate potentialan,and so on.According to the parameter estimation of combining ability,general combining ability to occupy more than specific combining ability,we should pay more attention to choose general combining ability to be parent.in addition,more attention to selectthe specific combining ability.
