玉米单倍体育种技术研究

Haploid Breeding Technology of Maize

摘要: 该研究中不同种质材料单倍体诱导率存在很大差异。在北方15份材料诱导率中最高为8.09%,最低为2.11%,平均诱导率为5.31%。最高单倍体诱导率是最低单倍体诱导率的4倍。在海南试验的材料中先玉988单倍体诱导率最高为8.77%。四(144n922)/Z591单倍体的诱导率最低为3.10%,海南平均诱导率为8.52%。不同材料的诱导率差异明显,因此说明单倍体诱导率是受亲本基因型的影响。

Abstract: The induced rates were different among different germless.The highest induced rates among fifteen materials was 8.09%,while the lowest was 2.11%,the average induction rate was 5.31%.The highest was four times as much as the lowest. There were differences among the induced rates with the same parents.Hainan base in 2009 to do the first Xianyu988 haploid induction rate 8.77%,(144/7922) / Z591 lowest haploid induction rate was 3.10%.The average induction rate was 8.52% in Hainan.Therefore, haploid induction rate is subject to parental genotypes and maternal haploid genetic background of different frequencies are very dlfferent.The female parent genotype on haploid induction rate has an important influence.
