春小麦麦谷蛋白优质亚基的引进与应用研究

摘要: 利用矮败小麦和八倍体小偃麦亚远缘杂交。进行了异源种质资源整合,从而丰富春小麦遗传基因多样性,平衡蛋白质氨基酸组成。改善春小麦加工品质,培育优质专用型春小麦新品种。筛选出含1Axl、1Bx7+lBy8、1DxS+lDyl0集于一体的材料3份;含IAxl、1Bxl7+lByl8、IDx5+lDyl0集于一体的材料4份。2009年审定了两个含优质亚基的春小麦新品种晋眷15号和晋春16号。

Abstract: We used dwarf male-sterile wheat and eight timesbody xiaoyan Mai Ya distant hybridization, heterologous germplasm resources integration, thus enriching spring wheat genetic diversity, balance protein amino acid composition composition, improve quality, cultivating high-quality irrigation processing special spring wheat new varieties. For years we have selected 1Axl, containing 1Bx7 + 1Byg, lDx5 + 1Dyl0 sets in one of the material has three parts, Contain 1Axl,lBxl7 + IByl8,1Dx5+lDylO sets in one of the four new material.Two contain high-quality subunits of new varieties of plants JinChun 15 and JinChun 16 was authorized in 2009.
