群体密度对寒地高淀粉玉米籽粒同化物积累的影响

Effect of Population Density on Assimilate Accumulation in High Starch Maize Kernel in Cold Region

摘要: 以高淀粉玉米品种四单19为试验材料,设4.5万株/hm2、6.0万株/hm2、7.5万株/hm2、9.0万株/hrnz4个水平的密度处理.研究栽培密度对寒地高淀粉玉米籽粒灌浆期同化物转化和积累的影响。结果表明:随着栽培密度的增加.玉米籽粒灌浆过程中淀粉含量的增加与可溶性糖含量的下降趋势相吻合,说明淀粉含量的增加是可溶性糖转化的结果;灌浆期间,游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质含量不受种植密度影响:灌浆前期.随密度增加.籽粒中粗脂肪含量有降低趋势.而在灌浆中后期.籽粒中粗脂肪含量随密度增加~r41-高趋势.

Abstract: High starch maize hybrid Si-dan 19 was used to investigate the effect of population density (45000,60000,75000, 90000plants/hm2) on assimilates accumulation and transformation at grain filling stage in cold region.The results showed that: Increasing of starch contents are similar to decreasing of soluble sugar contents with the increasing of plant density,which indicated that soluble sugar transformed starch. Free amino acid contents and slouble protein contents are unacted on plant density at grain filling stage.At early grain filling stage fat contents decreased,but at mid-late grain filling stage fat contents increased with the increasing of plant density.
