SSR Marker and Its Application in Beet Breeding

摘要: SSR标记为共显性标记,具有重复性好、多态性丰富、检测准确快速等特点,在甜菜育种中起着非常重要的作用.文章简单论述了SSR标记的基本原理与基本实验方法,以及该技术在甜菜的遗传多样性、遗传图谱构建以及指纹图谱构建等方面的应用.

Abstract: The characteristics of SSR marker are codominance, better Repeatability, abundant polymorphism and test quickly and accurately, it plays a very important role in beet breeding. In this paper, the principle, characteristic and reviews of application of SSR marker in the research of beet genetic diversity, the construction of the beet genetic linkage map and Fingerprinting were simply introduced.
