盐肥耦合对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

The Influence of Salt-fertilizer Coupling on Corn Seed Germination and Seedling Growth

摘要: 通过室内水培和室外盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度混合盐(含93%的 Na2SO4、5%的NaCl、2%的NaHCO3)和不同施肥水平耦合对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:随着盐分浓度的增加,玉米种子的发芽率降低,盐害指教增大.在同一盐分水平下,随着施肥量的增加盐害指数呈现先降低后升高的趋势,在氮磷合计浓度为0.036%时,盐害指数最小;玉米种子的芽长、根长、根数均随盐分浓度的增加而降低,对根的盐害作用大于对芽的盐害作用.随着施肥量的增加,芽长、根长、根数相比对照均有所降低,.且降低幅度根长大于芽长.随着含盐量增加,玉米幼苗的株高呈降低趋势,在玉米生长27d中,株高随施肥量的增加而降低;在生长36~45d时,含盐量低于0.4%,施氮量60.75kg/hm2、施磷量186.75kg/hm2能有效促进玉米的生长,当含盐量高于0.6%时,施氮量60.75ks/hm2、施磷量186.75kg/hm2开始明显抑制玉米生长.

Abstract: Through the indoor hydroponics and outdoor pot experiment, the effects of different concentrations of mixed salts (containing 93% Na2,SO4, 5% of NaCI, 2% of NaHCO3) and different fertilizer levels coupled were explored, which have big influences for seed germination and seedling growth. The results show that: with the increasing concentration of salt, the corn's germination rate decreased, the salt injury index increased. In the same salinity level, with increasing amounts of fertilizer, salt injury index showed a trend of increased first and then decreased, when the NP total concentration was 0.036%, the salt injury index minimum. The corn seed's shoot length, root length, and number of roots decreased when the salt concentrations increased. The salt damage for roots was greater than buds. With the increased amount of fertilizer, the shoot length, root length, and root number decreased compared to the control, and the magnitudes of decrease for root was greater than bud. With the increased salinity, the plant height of corn seedlings decreased. In the 27 days of corn growth, the height was decreasing with an increasing fertilizer. When the corn growth was between 36d and 45d, the salinity was less than 0.4%. Using Nitrogen 60.75kg/ hm2, and Phosphate 186.75kg/hm2, promoted the corn growth effectively. When the salinity was more than 0.6%, using Nitrogen 60.75kg/hm2, and Phosphate 186.75kg/hm2 began to significantly inhibit the growth of corn.
