Research Progress in the Affective Factors of Sugar Beet Root Yield and Sugar Content

摘要: 甜菜是制糖工业的重要原料之一,单产和含糖率低成为制约中国甜菜生产的重要因素。文章对甜菜根重与含糖率相关关系、品种对甜菜块根增长和含糖率的影响、光合特性与甜菜块根和含糖增长的关系、植物生长调节剂对甜菜块根和含糖率影响四方面进行了概述,为今后研究甜菜块根产量及含糖率提供一些思路。

Abstract: Sugar beet is one of the important raw materials in the sugar industry,In our country, low per unit area yield and low sugar content become important restrict factors in the production of sugar beet. Four aspects of the relationship between root weight and sugar content, the impact of varieties on root growth and sugar content, the relationship between photosynthetic characteristics and growth of root and sugar content, the impact of plant growth regulators on root and sugar content were summarized in this article. The idea would be provided for researching root yield and sugar content in the future.
