大果琉璃草生物学特性的初步研究

Preliminary explored biological characteristics of Cynoglossum divaricatum

摘要: 通过栽培、观察,探究大果琉璃草的植物形态、内部结构和生态适应性等生物学特性。主要采取试验地栽培、实地测量和石蜡切片的方法,研究发现大果琉璃草具有发达的栅栏组织,表皮细胞较小且紧密排列,叶被蜡质,主根粗壮且须根发达,花期、果期集中于6-8月,常生长在草地、山坡、沙丘、石滩及路边。探究大果琉璃草的生物学特性可为合理开发、利用及规范化种植提供理论依据。

Abstract: To explore Cynoglossum divaricatum plant morphology, internal structure and the ecological adaptability of biological characteristics, the cultivation and observation were used as the test method.The main methods used of cultivation experiment,field measurements and paraffin section.Cynoglossum divaricatum has developed palisade tissue,small and closely arranged epidermal cells;The leaves were waxy,Stout taproot and fibrous root development,flowering, fruit concentrated in 6 to8 months,often grows in meadows, hills,sand dunes,rocky and roadside. It is explored the biological characteristics of Cynoglossum divaricatum for rational development,utilization and standardization to provide a theoretical basis for planting.
