几个玉米自交系材料的配合力分析

摘要: 按P1×P2不完全双列杂交设计,采用NCⅡ分析方法,对自选及引进的11份自交系材料进行配合力测定和分析,为以后育种工作提供理论指导,通过对11份自交系材料的株高、穗位、穗长、穗粗、秃尖长、穗粒数、出籽率、百粒重8个主要性状及单株粒重进行一般配合力分析,综合来看,K3、816、K12、2011、PH6wc这5个自交系的一般配合力较强,用它们作亲本更易获得优良的组合;通过对30个组合特殊配合力相对效应值进行估算,08-42×PH6wc、817×816、PH4cv×Mo17、K12×PH6wc、K3×816单株产量特殊配合力效应值较高,尤其在穗粒数、百粒重、穗长等方面表现出特殊的优良种性特征,有极大的开发价值。

Abstract: According to P1 ×P2 incomplete diallel cross design, by using the way of NC Ⅱ, the combining ability on customize and the introduction of 11 inbred line material were determined and analyzed to provide theoretical guidance for future breeding work. Based on 11 inbred lines materials plant height, ear, ear length, ear diameter, bare tip length, ear rows,row grains, hundred grain weight eight main characters and general combining ability analysis, taken together, PH6 wc, K12,K3, 816, 2011, the five inbred lines generally coordination with the strong, Use them as parents were more likely to obtain superior combination; Through the combination of 30 special combining ability effects of relative value estimate, K12 ×PH6wc, 08-42×816, PH4cv×PH6wc, K3×816 production special combining ability were had high effect value, Especially in grain number, hundred grain weight, ear length and other aspects show the special excellent characteristics, has great value of development.
