谷子品种金镶玉白米半显性基因的发现

摘要: 为了探讨谷子白米米色性状的遗传规律,加速育种进程,以白米的农家品种金镶玉小白米和黄米的赤谷系列品种为亲本,采用温汤去雄方法去雄进行正反交,根据F1群体米色和F2群体米色分离规律,进行遗传分析。结果表明,F1正交和反交的米色均为浅黄色,正交和反交的F2群体米色黄:浅黄:白为1:2:1,不符合孟德尔遗传规律,因此,可得出金镶玉小白米的自米基因为半显性。

Abstract: In order to study foxtail millet color traits inheritance and accelerate the breeding process, farmhouse varieties Jinxiangyu Xiaobaimi which millet color is white and Chigu series varieties which millet color is yellow as parents, hot water emasculation method was used to be orthogonal cross and reciprocal crosses. According to the millet color isolated law of Fl populations and F2 populations,genetic analysis was made. The results showed that in Fl populations, orthogonal and reciprocal millet colors were all buff; millet colour yellow : buff :white was about 1:2:1;it was not accord with Mendelian inheritance. So Jinxiangyu Xiaobaimi white gene was semi-dominant.
