Abstract: Efficiency and integrated comparative advantages indices、scale advantages index and concentration index were calculated from the statistical data of 19 townships in agricultural production between 2002 and 2008.The information illustrated potato production status of comparative advantage of 19 townships in Xiji County.The results showed that：there were basically 5 townships of comparative advantage in scale、efficiency and integrated advantage;The distribution of the comparative advantage、 the scale advantage area,concentration edge area,the comprehensive advantages is same.the areas were distributed primarily over the（semi-wet area）,gourd river Road area,western semi-arid loess hilly region.The main towns are：Xin-ying,Ji-qiang,Subu,Pian-cheng,Huo-shizhai.
