The research of fertilizer efficiency of N, P, K and Controlled Release Urea(CRU) effect for potato in semi-arid area

Abstract: Results of potato(Solanum tuberosum L.) in semi-arid area at north of Yin mountain in Inner Mongolia indicated that N, P, K fertilizer application increased the yield of potato in semi-arid area, N P K. Furthermore, the Controlled Release Urea(CRU) which cooperates with the regular urea had the best performance which could increase the numbers of potato, weight of potato and commodity rate of potato. The study also has been determined that the nutrition use efficiency of N, P, K fertilizer were 33.0%, 16.5%, and 41.2%. The CRU which cooperates with the regular urea increased N use efficiency 4.4~4.8 percentage and P and K use efficiency.
