Abstract: In vitro potato production is one of the most effec tive measures to solve the degradation of potato. In this paper, the effects of temperature, light, culture medium and exogenous hormones on the control of potato tissue culture seedlings in vitro were summarized, The practical significance of the application of potato tube potato production technology was put forward, and the main direction of the next step in the research of potato production.
