Study on white-rot fungus Heterobasidion insulare of degradation hydroxybenzene in wastewater of pesticide factory

Abstract: To explore and compare different Heterob~sidion insulate under different culture conditions in degradation. Adjustments required nutrient concentrations,in the original pH, temperature and biomass of inoculation conditions, comparative island born different Basidiomycete fungi degradation effect, for 20% of the pesticide plant in dilute concentration wastewater research impact island in Basidiomyeete fungi to degrade pesticide active factors. Through the cultivation of 6 d,island Basidiomycete fungi biodegradable sample pesticide plant 50% of chromaticity and phenol in wastewater, and under the condition of 28 ~C. The research resuhs showed that only after 9 d train island born Basidiomyeete fungi,can reduce 60% of all parameters. In plus the presence of nutrient elements,island living different Basidiomycete fungi flora of decoloring effect were improved significantly. Under the condition of adding glutamic acid,the decolorization effect was obvious.
