摘要: 重点分析了乳中脂肪酸组成变化的关键,即饲料中脂肪在瘤胃的氢化、脂肪酸在乳腺的合成,并对不同粗饲料中脂肪酸组成及特点进行了重点讨论;同时对不同粗饲料条件下乳中脂肪酸组成的变化进行了综述。

Abstract: Two key bioprocesses including ruminal bio-hydrogenation of fat and fatty acids synthesis in mammary, affect compositions of milk fatty acids, were analyzed, and fatty acids composition and characteristics of different forages were discussed in detail. Moreover, the effect of different dietary forages on milk fatty acids composition was particularly reviewed.
