Abstract: The livestock industry is the important part of the national economy system, and becomes the pillar industry of agriculture and rural economic, and it makes important contribution to the food security and the construction of modern agriculture. Based on the analysis of the necessity of improving quality of livestock, the thesis puts forward specific suggestions to reinforce the livestock industry effect through improving quality, such as the industry＂ planning, adjust of structure, raising of quantity of the livestock product, building up of supervision system of livestock product, combination of the lawn resources and reasonable exploitation, to keep sustainable development.
