Optimal Conditions of Feeding Xylanase Activity

摘要: 试验分析了饲用木聚糖酶的最佳活力条件。结果表明,其最适反应温度为55℃,最适反应pH值为5.3,在相对较低温度条件下耐热性能良好,在55℃条件下经干燥处理10min,酶活力较稳定,通常条件下贮藏1年酶活损失很小。

Abstract: The conditions of feeding xylanase were optimized.The results showed that its optimal temperature was 55°C,and its optimal pH value was 5.3.The feeding xylanase had a good heat resistance at relatively low temperatures.And it was stable after drying at 55°C for 10 min.Besides,it just lost little activity after one-year storage under normal conditions.
