便携式微生物测试片的研制

摘要: 为了展示当前微生物测试片的研究进展,在综述文献的基础上分别以滤纸、微孔滤膜、无纺布、各种冷水可凝胶或其组合为培养基载体考察即用型便携式微生物测试片的制备方法,以枯草芽胞杆菌和大肠菌群细菌为检测对象考察了测试片的检测效果。结果表明,以滤膜与其他材料的组合为载体,通过调整营养液的浓度和凝胶的用量,或以合适的冷水可凝胶组合为载体,将黏附有该载体和培养基的薄塑片对叠,均可以制备优良的测试片,检出率在85%以上。

Abstract: To exhibit the progress of preparing microbial testing slip,several materials such as filter paper,micro-filtration membrane,unwoven fabric or several cold water gelling agents and their combinability were used as the carrier of culture medium to develop microbial testing slips. And their effect was evaluated with Bacillus subtilis and coliforms. It was found that excellent testing slip could be prepared by using micro-filtration membrane with other materials followed with the adjustment of culture concentration and gum dosage,or the combinability of several suitable cold water gelling agents followed with their carrier stacked together face to face. Detectable rate of the ultimate products was above 85%.
