不同检测因素对地衣芽胞杆菌菌落数的影响

摘要: 为了探究不同检测因素对地衣芽胞杆菌菌落数的影响,该试验对标示菌落数为220亿CFU/g的地衣芽胞杆菌菌粉样品在不同的温度条件下,采用不同的稀释方法、不同的培养基进行处理.结果表明,不同的稀释方法对地衣芽胞杆菌菌落数的检测误差率影响最小,培养基的影响作用次之,而80℃高温处理10 min对地衣芽胞杆菌菌落数的检测误差率影响最大.

Abstract: In order to study effects of different testing factors on the error rate of Bacillus licheniformis, the sample was treated by using different dilution methods and different media under different temperatures. The result showed that different dilution methods had minimal impact on the error rate of Bacillus licheniformis, the media in the second position. But it had great effects on the error rate of Bacillus licheniformis after treatment of 80 ℃ temperature for 10 minutes.
