综合评分法优化南板蓝复方饲料添加剂提取工艺

Optimization of Extraction Process of Baphicanthus Compound Feed Additives by Comprehensive Scoring Method

摘要: [目的]建立高效环保的南板蓝复方饲料添加剂提取工艺。[方法]采用超声辅助提取,按L9(34)正交设计,对提取溶剂、提取时间、液料比、提取次数4个因素进行考察,以干浸膏得率、靛玉红总量、绿原酸总量隶属度加权和为综合评价指标。[结果]最佳提取条件为:16倍量50%乙醇,提取2次,每次45min。[结论]优选得到的工艺简单方便、稳定、重复性好,适合规模化生产,为南板蓝复方饲料添加剂的提取工艺提供了试验依据。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim was to establish an efficient and environmental protection extraction process of the Baphicanthus co-mpound feed additives. [Method] Ultrasonic extraction was used as an assistant method, and then the extraction solvent, extraction time, liquid ratio and extraction times in extraction process of the Baphicanthus compound feed additives were investigated by using L9(34) orthogonal design. The gain ratio of dried extract, total content of adenosine and total content of chlorogenic acid were taken as the quantitative indexes. [Result] The best extraction condition of Baphicanthus compound feed additives was as followed: 16 times amount of 50% ethanol was added and then extracted for two times, with 45 min for each time. [Conclusion] The optimized extraction technology is simple, stable, reproducible and good for large-scale production. The research provides basis for the extraction process of the Baphicanthus compound feed additives.
