摘要: 抗菌肽,又称为肽抗生素,是多种生物体经外界环境诱导由特定基因编码、核糖体合成并由一些腺体分泌的参与到生物体固有免疫反应的小分子多肽。经试验证实,其除了具有广谱高效的抗菌活性之外,对于部分真菌、原虫、病毒及癌细胞等也具备强有力的杀伤作用,甚至某些抗菌肽对HIV-1病毒的增殖也具有抑制作用。论述了抗菌肽的研究现状,并对其应用及现存问题进行了深入的探讨。

Abstract: Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs),named as peptide antibiotics in another way,are a kind of micromolecular peptides with immune activities that are encoded by special genes,synthesized by ribosome and secreted by some glands. A lot of experiments proved that the antimicrobial peptides not only had broad-spectrum efficient antibacterial activities,but they had stronger killing effect on some fungi,protozoon,virus,tumor cells,etc. And some AMPs even could inhibit the proliferation of HIV-1 virus. The current research situations of antimicrobial peptides were expounded and the application and existing problems were deeply discussed.
