摘要: 铁是人和动物机体生命活动必需的微量元素之一,它参与机体内血红蛋白、肌红蛋白以及多种氧化酶的合成与代谢,同时,与增强机体免疫力、提高动物繁殖力及生长发育各项指标等有着密切的联系。氨基酸螯合铁作为一种优质的有机铁源,因其吸收率高、生物学效价高、对环境污染小等优点而备受国内外研究者的关注。主要从氨基酸螯合铁在体内的吸收和代谢、生理功能以及在实践中的应用等方面进行阐述,以期为相关研究提供参考。

Abstract: Iron is one of the essential trace elements for the life activities of human and animals. It participates in the biosynthesis and metabolism of hemoglobin,myoglobin and many kinds of oxidases and it is closely related with enhancing the organism immunity, increasing animal' s reproductivity and growth indicators . As a kind of high-quality organic iron source, iron amino acid chelate was paid attentions to because of its advantages (high absorption rate, high biological efficiency and little pollution to the environment and so on). The absorption and metabolism in vivo, physiological functions of iron amino acid chelate and its applications in the practice were elaborated, in order to provide references for the related researches.
