盐藻粉及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘要: 盐藻是一种十分重要的藻类资源,因其含有丰富的蛋白质、天然维生素、矿物质、不饱和脂肪酸以及多糖等营养物质,并具有防辐射、延缓机体衰老及防癌、抗癌等作用,近年来在食品保健、医药和畜禽生产等方面得到了广泛的开发利用,其作为生物技术或基因工程的受体在科研上也有了一席之地,已成为近年来的科研热点。主要对盐藻的生物学特征、生理学研究、毒理学研究、营养学研究、生物活性成分及其功能,以及盐藻粉在动物生产中的应用进行了综述,以推进该类优良饲料资源在我国畜牧业生产中的有效应用。

Abstract: Dunaliella salina is a kind of very important algae resource.Because it had rich nutrient substances(protein,natural vitamin,minerals,unsaturated fatty acid,polysaccharide,etc.) and functions of anti-radiation,delaying the organism ageing,cancer prevention,anticancer,so it has wide exploration and utilization from the food health care,medicine,animal production and other aspects in recent years.As the receptor of biotechnology and gene engineering,it had an important role in the scientific research and has become a scientific research receptor in recent years.The biological characteristics,physiological research,toxicological research,nutritional research,bioactive components and their functions,the application of Dunaliella salina powder in animal production were reviewed,so as to promote the effective application of this kind of good feed resources in the livestock production in China.
