摘要: 针对内蒙古科技大学地处内蒙古乳品工业发达地区的优势,为有效提高乳品工艺实验教学水平,巩固理论课基本知识,提高学生的实验技能,满足乳品企业对员工的技术要求。进行了乳品工艺实验教学改革的实践与探索,培养了学生的学习兴趣,增强了学生的团队协作精神,教学效果符合学校服务地方经济建设的人才培养定位。

Abstract: Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology is located in the advantaged area of Inner Mongolia dairy industry. In order to improve the teaching level and the students' skills of dairy technology experiment, consolidate the students' elementary theory knowledge and meet the technical requirements of dairy enterprise, teaching concept and methods of dairy technology experiment were reformed. As a result, the students' learning interest and team cooperation spirit were enhanced, and the teaching effect is in line with the school positioning of personnel training-serving for local economic construction.
