Study on Coating Technique of Ruminant Rumen-protected Multivitamin

摘要: 试验以复合高分子物质为包被壁材,以奶牛泌乳期复合维生素颗粒为芯材,采用先制粒后底喷型流化床包衣工艺制备反刍动物瘤胃保护复合维生素。结果表明,在理想制粒及包衣工艺参数条件下,包材与芯材的适宜比例为6%~8%。

Abstract: Taking composite polymer material as coating wall and multivitamins particles of lactation cows as core materials, rumen-protected multivitamin were prepared through granulating and coating with composite polymer by fluidized bed. Results showed that the optimal coating and core proportions of RP-multivitamin product according to the technology parameters were 6%-8%.
