Abstract: We systematically analyzed the prominent problems in development of animal pharmacy specialty, including ambiguous orientation in specialty, lack of teaching facilities, weak faulty, unreasonable curriculum provision, lack of practical training for undergraduates, etc. Combined with the practice in construction of animal pharmacy specialty in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University, the improving suggestions on training goal orientation, curriculum system construction, faulty training, and laboratory and practice base establishment were proposed, so as to provide references for the construction of animal pharmacy specialty in related colleges and universities.
