Abstract: Physiology of Domestic Animal is a significant professional basic course for undergraduates majoring in veterinary medicine and animal science. According to the cultivation requirement of application-oriented undergraduates, teaching reform is conducted on the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods, practical teaching based on the teaching experience obtained for years. The objective of the teaching reform is to stimulate undergraduates＇ interest in this course, to promote the undergraduates to participate in classroom teaching, and to improve the undergraduates＇ ability in practical operation, comprehensive application of knowledge, independent thinking, problem analyzing and solving.
