摘要: 中兽药的质量控制一直是中兽药学工作者研究的重点。当前,我国的色谱技术研究发展迅速,在中兽药质量控制中地位越来越重要。对近年来薄层色谱法及高效液相色谱法在中兽药质量控制领域的应用进行了梳理和综述,以期为中兽药检测工作提供有效参考。

Abstract: The quality control of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines has always been the focus for the researchers of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine. At present, the chromatographic technology research is developing rapidly in China, and its roles in quality control of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines have been becoming more and more important. The application of thin layer chromatography (TLC) and HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) methods in quality control of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines in recent years has been sorted out and reviewed, in hoping to provide effective references for the detection of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines.
