Abstract: The extracurricular activities can strongly complement the classroom teaching. In the attempt to stimulate the study interest of undergraduates majored in animal science in Domestic Animal Breeding and to improve the teaching quality of this curriculum, we carried out the extracurricular activities in the teaching of Domestic Animal Breeding by organizing interesting knowledge contest and writing review in the spare time, so as to deepen the understanding on basic knowledge of this curriculum,achieve the established training objectives of this curriculum and improve the undergraduates′ study enthusiasm.
