奶牛乳体细胞数的变化规律及其与乳成分的关系

Change Pattern of SCC in Milk of Dairy Cows and Its Relationship with Milk Composition

摘要: 对河南省某奶牛场282头1~7胎次的奶牛进行DHI的测定,分析了SCC在不同胎次和不同泌乳月份的变化情况,以及不同SCC范围的牛乳成分。结果显示,SCC随着胎次增加有逐渐升高的趋势;在泌乳早期和末期水平较高,泌乳中期水平较低:SCC显著地影响奶牛的产奶量,对乳脂率和乳蛋白有一定影响。

Abstract: DH of 282 dairy eows with 1-7 parity were determined at one dairy farm of Henan province, SCC of different parities and lactation month were analysed, and milk composition of different SCC level also were detected. The result indicated that rising of SCC was correlective to increase of parity, its level in the early and late-stage was higher than that of theintermediate stage, SCC could impaet milk yields of dairy eows signifieantly, and also milk fat and milk protein percentage to a certain degree.
