Advances on the Disease Resistance of Nrampl Gene in Livestock and Poultry

摘要: Nramp1基因作为影响畜禽抗病育种中抗病力的主要候选基因之一,其蛋白可抵抗多种胞内菌的侵染,从而提高畜禽抗病力。主要叙述Nramp1基因的结构特点和作用机理,综述了Nramp1基因与抗病性状的关系,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Nramp 1 gene is one of candidate genes on disease resistance in breeding of livestock and poultry. Nramp 1 protein can resist a variety of intracellular bacteria, so the disease resistance of animal could be improved. The main characters and mechanism of Nramp 1 gene and the relationship between Nramp 1 gene and disease resistance characters were briefly reviewed, furthermore the application prospect of Nramp 1 gene was put forward.
